REFUND POLICY
At Hexus Migration, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be granted.
Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
Services not provided
If Hexus Migration is unable to provide the services for which a client has paid, a refund may be granted.
Duplicate payment
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment for services, a refund may be granted for the duplicate payment.
Dissatisfaction with services
If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided by Hexus Migration, they may request a refund within 2 days of the purchase date. In such cases, the refund will be subject to a review of the services provided and may be granted at the discretion of Hexus Migration.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
IELTS or CELPIP score
No refund will be granted if a client does not achieve the required IELTS or CELPIP score for their immigration application.
Withdrawal on personal grounds
No refund will be granted if a client chooses to withdraw from the immigration process on their own accord.
ECA report
No refund will be granted if a client is unable to obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report.
Change in circumstances
No refund will be granted if a client’s circumstances change and they are no longer eligible for immigration to Canada.
Non-compliance
No refund will be granted if a client does not comply with the requirements of the Canadian immigration authorities or if they provide false or misleading information.
Other reasons
Any other reason not listed above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the discretion of Hexus Migration.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, a client must email Hexus Migration at info@hexusmigration.com. The request should include the reason for the refund request, the date of purchase, and any relevant details.
Hexus Migration will review the refund request and respond to the client within 30 days of the request. If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
